Fish oil can give someone some ultimate benefits due to the omega 3 that is in it. Omega 3 is something called a fatty acid. Even though the name sounds like it would be bad since acid destroys skin and fatty relates to obesity this fatty acid is more often helpful.
There are good fats and then there are bad fats. For instance bad fats would be things like Trans fats which are man made and harm health because they get used in cells and not the normal fats. These Trans fats make cells weaker and then they get harmed easier. The other type of bad fat is saturated fats. However this is a little controversial since there are some health experts that think it’s bad but there is no real strong evidence to support that it is unhealthy.
Good fats would be something like polyunsaturated fats. Did you know that your brain is mostly made up of fats? Fats are also used to make cell membranes so a lot of good comes from fat. Humans need omega 3 because we can’t create this substance on our own. Now back in time we ate tons of fish and nuts and it was in our livestock.
However nowadays humans don’t eat nearly as much as many nutritional experts believe that we should. Instead the majority of the human population eats something known as omega 6. This omega 6 is in packaged foods, breads and meats. No wonder it’s so popular right?
The Heart- A big way that fish oil can help someone’s heart is because it can reduce LDL cholesterol. LDL cholesterol is known for clogging up arteries and causing heart disease. Fish oil can do this because it can reduce triglycerides which increase LDL production. Also fish oil has been known to reduce blood pressure.
Low pressure can put less pressure on the heart, which can reduce the chance of heart failure. It can also decrease the chance of an aneurysm. An aneurysm is when various material collect inside a tear of an artery. When there is high blood pressure there is increased chance of a tear since more stress is put on the walls. This aneurysm can build up blood and may even lead to leakage which could result in internal bleeding.
These are just a few of the tiny ultimate health benefits that fish oil can give someone. The hard part is deciding on which fish oil brand to go with. I recommend taking a glance at a free guide that I wrote about this topic. I go over how to spot a good helpful supplement brand as well as what to look for in a brand that is dangerous.
